EPC Capital Ltd. Introduces EPC Spruce Village Centre

EPC Capital, a premier real estate and private equity investment firm, announced today the launch of its newest development project, EPC Spruce Village Centre. This development,through a joint venture, is EPC Capital’s first project in the growing city of Spruce Grove.

Located at 5 Spruce Village Way, EPC Spruce Village Centre will be approximately 20,000 square feet over two floors once completed. This retail and professional neighborhood centre will service the most immediate communities of Spruce Village, Greystone and Grove Meadows, as well as visitors to Jubilee Park.
