Sarb brings over 19 years of property management experience to the organization. Sarb has managed all classes of commercial assets, including retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use. He has also handled ground-up development, redevelopment, foreclosures, and due diligence for acquiring and repositioning assets for disposition and managing properties in excess of 3.5MSF. Sarb also brings expertise in handling national tenants and small business owners, which has fostered and maintained excellent relationships between landlords and tenants.
